Moving with Kids

Moving is one of life's most stressful events.  Adults are typically faced with the challenges of starting a new job, finding the right home in the right neighborhood to best fit the family's lifestyle, finding the right schools for the children, setting up services in a new location, etc.

Kids have their own set of challenges - and fears - when faced with moving to a new neighborhood.  By explaining to your children what they can expect when you're buying a house or moving to a new neighborhood and how long the process will take, your children can better prepare themselves for the move.  RE/MAX has developed a video series to help parents make moving to a new house easier for the kids to accept.  This series features kids telling kids what to expect when their faced with moving.  We hope these video clips will be helpful to you and your child(ren).
